Description: Beautiful, fuss free plants highly prised for their strikingly patterned leaves. Available in a huge range of colours and patterns, Chinese Evergreens have a very easygoing nature, making them a perfect indoor plant. A great plant for beginners and plant enthusiasts alike.
This striking "Key Lime" Aglaonema will brighten up any room. White and green rippled leaves are striped with lemon green veining, all supported on white stems. A stunning cultivar.
*** Plant height on delivery: Approx. 75cm with pot ***
Difficulty: Very easy
Light: Bright, indirect light is best although light shade is also easily tolerated. Direct sunshine will scorch the leaves.
Water: Allow to dry out between waterings.
Temp.: These plants enjoy typical indoor temperatures (18-24°C / 64-75 F)
Fertiliser: Once the plant has acclimatised to its position, a weak solution of general houseplant fertiliser can be applied monthly throughout summer.
Humidity: At their best when the humidity level is 60% -70%, Chinese Evergreens can also tolerate lower levels. (The average indoor humidity is generally 40%-60%). A light occasional misting can help.
Potting mix: For aroids like these Chinese Evergreens, we use a typical aroid potting mix for them (loose, airy and extremely well draining).
Notes: Given time, these lovely plants can grow to an imposing 50" if placed in the right spot. Can be rather sensitive to cold drafts so consider this if doors and windows are in close proximity.
